Extremely helpful!

This is a very informative course, very helpful. One very DATED thing is the presenter says "OLD AGE HOME" and doesn't refer to senior adults with respect in the first video. This is a 2015 video, but I think it important to clean up the reference to "Active Agers" which is very respectful but then to talk about people in the Old Age Home is very unfortunate. She does this about 3 times! Retirement Center could be used or just place of residence.

I loved this course. It's filled with information that I can start using immediately. Great presentation!

First time I watched a long video and didn't get bored. She explains well and has a wonderful personality. Very knowledgeable as well
