How do you creatively engage with clients outside of sessions? Online fitness challenges are a unique communication tool to stay connected, but they require a thoughtful approach to be fun and effective.

In this course from Jacque Crockford, MS, CSCS, ACE Certified Personal Trainer and ACE Exercise Physiology Content Manager, you’ll learn how to create online fitness challenges that cater to your clientele, fit their unique needs and goals, and keep them motivated until the very end! Not only will these challenges strengthen your connection with current clients, but they’ll bolster your online presence and create opportunities to attract new business.

Upon completion, you will be able to:

  • Understand your client base and what kind of fitness challenge will suit them best
  • Understand how to include effective incentives that resonate with your audience
