As senior vice president of online business and technology, David Fischer provides strategic online business and technology vision and leadership to support ACE's goals and initiatives. Fischer leads a team that leverages technology to successfully meet the organization’s critical business requirements, including developing innovative and cost-effective solutions for enhancing competitiveness; increasing revenues; improving customer service offerings; reducing costs through increased efficiencies and exceeding user requirements.

Fischer brings more than 30 years of IT and business process leadership experience in both public and private organizations. Fischer holds a bachelor of science degree in business with an emphasis in accounting from San Diego State University. In his free time, Fischer loves to kayak, camp and spend time in the great outdoors.
